Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful fianc JP in Orange County California. Henry is a happy and go-lucky dad. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram account @annephung, where I post my daily life: the highs the lows and all between. In 1990, my family moved to America. In the age of one and a quarter I was accepted into my parents. My parents were the source of my inspiration and helped me to become successful. My mind knew what the plan was for life. Go to college and get a degree. Get married. Buy a house. Get kids. I figured that was the epitome of success however, life has other plans to teach me what it meant to be successful. When I was in 2013, I started dreading going to my corporate job the money and status didn't bring me happinessand I was feeling like I was wasting my time for a paycheck even though I knew I was meant for more. While I moved toward a new direction in my life, I discovered that I was a personal trainer and my passion. I am a lover for exercise, enjoy being with people and help those around me. I began my business in the year 2014. My company is celebrating its seventh birthday this year. There are a few Asian females working in the field. As coach, my mission is to inspire others to lead a healthy and enjoyable life by establishing viable lifestyles that are suited to each individual's needs and goals. Additionally, I'm committed to empowering others so they are able to achieve the goals they set, pursue their interests and lead your life to the fullest. My career was beginning to flourish, I experienced one of the greatest losses in my life: my mother's loss of life. Her eight-year battle with Scleroderma is over, and she lies in Heaven. She will always be in my heart and brain. The lessons we learn from life can be hidden from us however they are highly useful. The passing of my mother changed me in so many ways and I am convinced that my Mom gave me another chance at life through her passing. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. The opportunity was there to embark on a new journey, and I got the chance to lead a fulfilling and happy life. Now into my 30's I am alive and conscious I truly feel like I'm living my life today instead of merely surviving as I did in the past. The purpose of sharing my experience is to show you that you're not the only one. I want you to be aware that love exists and that a therapy session can be regular. Health is your most valuable asset. I pray that you live your life to its fullest and end it without regrets as death is the only possibility that awaits us in our life.
