Arike Ogunbowale

Arike Ogunbowale, the American basketball player for the Dallas Wings in the Women's National Basketball Association. She played basketball in college with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. The Wings selected her as the fifth selection of the year 2019 WNBA. Arike Ogunbowale was born on the 2nd of March 1997 in Milwaukee Wisconsin to parents Yolanda and Gregory Ogunbowale. Mario Ogunbowale (26) and Dare Ogunbowale(20) are two of her siblings. Her parents spoilt her the most since she was the youngest. Gregory Ogunbowale, her father was serving in her father's army, the Nigerian Army quite a while. Ogunbowale's family is that has ties to the sporting world. The brother Dare is a player in the NFL and her mother Yolanda played softball at DePaul. She played for her aunt in volleyball at UAPB, and Endia is a Volleyball player on the team at Tennessee State. Ogunbowale was on the high school's Honour Roll for three years consecutively. In high school, she has won numerous awards and gained fame. Arike graduated from Divine Savior Holy Angels High School located within her own hometown. While studying at the school, she also participated in three seasons of varsity soccer. Ogunbowale led her team to a number of impressive wins thanks to her incredible skills several times. She compiled her high school career with 73 career starts and has a total of 1 477 and 739 rebounds. Ogunbowale was crowned gold at the 2013 FIBA Americas U16 Championships and 2014 FIBA U17 World Championships, and the 2013 U18 FIBA 3x3 Championships. She was named to the 7th July roster of 2014 and was named to the 2014 USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team. Ogunbowale was also named on the ACC All-Freshman Team after her first collegiate season. Kobe Bryant himself congratulated Ogunbowale following her NCCA Tournament big shot. Ogunbowale is not a newcomer to basketball, but she has quickly established herself. Arike's net worth, as reported by a trusted source, is around $5 million.
